The month, written for the client.
One page per client that says how their sites stood, what was done to them, what needs attention today and what was refused, built from records made as they happened rather than questions asked now.
Per client group, or the whole workspaceFour sections, and the client reads all four.
The sites, with checks answered and days down. What was done: the jobs that ran, who queued them, and a count of every change by tool. What needs attention today, marked as today rather than last month. And the calls that were refused, with the code and how many times.
Your name on it, not ours.
Put your studio's name, logo and two colours on a client group's report, and send that group's own copy to the client's own people on the first of the month. What arrives is a document. There is no account for them, no sign-in, and no link back into ReDock.
Print it, download it, or let it arrive.
The print view is the report without the dashboard around it, so it prints to PDF and reads on paper. CSV goes into a spreadsheet. JSON goes into whatever you already send clients. Or switch on the monthly email and it goes out on the first, one per client group.
