Support

Write to us. A person reads it.

One address for the desktop app, ReDock Web and billing. We answer within two working days.

hello@tryredock.com Answered within two working days, Monday to Friday. Write in whatever language you think in; we reply in English.

What to include

The first reply is usually the fix when the email has these in it:

The desktop app
Which version you are on (Settings → Connect AI apps shows it), macOS or Windows, and what you pressed. The Logs tab of a site has a one-click support bundle: versions and numbers, never your site's content or keys. Attach it if the problem is about a site.
ReDock Web
The address of the site, the name of the workspace, and roughly when it happened. The Activity page records every action with a time, so a time is enough for us to find it.
ReDock Connect
The plugin version (the Plugins list in wp-admin shows it), and your host's PHP version if you know it.
Billing
The email you sign in with and the date of the payment. Refunds have their own page.

Before you write

  • Every error the app knows carries its fix on the error itself. Read that first; it is written to be the answer.
  • What's new lists every release. If a bug you hit says Fixed there, update the app: it offers new versions quietly and applies them on the next restart.
  • Older builds and release notes are on the releases page.
  • The docs cover installing, the first site, stacks, sharing, deploys and the MCP server.

What we can see, and what we cannot

The desktop app runs on your computer. We cannot see your sites, files, databases or keys, and we do not want to; if a fix needs a look at something, we will ask you to send exactly that. On ReDock Web we can see your workspace's sites, their health and the activity log, because that is what the dashboard is. We never open your WordPress admin without being asked to in writing.

Security reports

If you have found a way to reach something you should not be able to reach, put "Security" in the subject. We acknowledge those within two working days and say what we did about it. The security page explains how ReDock handles keys and site access.

Not a support question

Press, partnerships and anything about the studio go to the same address, or to the contact page, which says who to write to for what.
