Terms.
Short, in plain words, and complete. If a sentence here is unclear, write to us and we will make it clearer.

1. Who and what
These terms are between you and UXBD, the studio that makes and sells ReDock ("we", "us"). They cover the ReDock desktop app for macOS and Windows, ReDock Web at app.redock.xyz, the ReDock Connect plugin, the redock.xyz sharing service, and this website. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
2. The desktop app
The desktop app is free. It runs on your computer, needs no account, and everything it makes stays on your machine. It is provided as is: we work to keep it reliable, the app tells you in plain words when something breaks, and every release is logged on What's new, but we do not promise it is free of faults.
3. Accounts
ReDock Web and named sharing addresses need an account. You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in to yourself. A workspace owner is responsible for the people they invite and for the sites they connect. You must be allowed to manage any site you connect to ReDock Web; connecting a site you do not own or have permission to manage is a breach of these terms.
4. Plans, subscriptions and renewal
- Every plan, Free included, comes with ReDock Web. Paid plans differ by how many sites a workspace may connect and how many people it may hold. The current prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars.
- A paid plan is a subscription billed monthly. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Checkout and your receipts are handled by our payment provider, Polar, which is named at checkout. Cancelling is done from the billing page in ReDock Web, through the provider's customer portal.
- If a price changes, we tell you by email before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- If a payment fails, your plan keeps working while the payment is retried. If it cannot be collected, the workspace returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Sites already connected are not deleted; the workspace simply cannot connect more than the Free plan allows until a plan is in place again.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from the workspace's billing page in ReDock Web or by email to hello@tryredock.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays on your workspace until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
6. Refunds
If a paid plan does not do what the pricing page says, write within 14 days of the payment and you get that payment back in full. Renewals charged by mistake are refunded when you ask within 14 days of them. The full policy, including how to ask, is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.
7. Your content
Your projects are yours. We claim no rights over the sites, code, content, media or data you make or manage with ReDock. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store the data listed in the privacy policy, to pass your requests to the sites you connected, and to route traffic to a site you chose to share.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the sharing service, ReDock Web or the plugin for unlawful content, for abuse, to attack other systems, to send unsolicited mail, or to reach sites you are not allowed to manage. We may suspend a workspace or turn off a shared address that is used this way, and we tell you when we do unless the law prevents it. Do not test the security of the service against accounts or sites that are not yours; the security page says how to report a problem you found.
9. Availability
ReDock Web and the sharing service run on Cloudflare's network. We work to keep them available and we tell you about incidents that affect you, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and a shared address depends on your own computer being on and connected. The desktop app does not depend on our service to run your local sites.
10. Ending things
You can stop using ReDock at any time. You can delete your account and everything we hold about it by writing to us; the privacy policy says what is deleted and when. We may close an account that breaches these terms. If we ever discontinue ReDock Web, we give paying customers notice and a refund for any period paid but not used.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of ReDock, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
12. Third parties
WordPress, Cloudflare, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, n8n, Remotion and every other name on this site belong to their owners. Their appearance here says that ReDock works with them, not that they endorse ReDock. Your use of those products is on their terms, and their charges are theirs.
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page and, for a change that matters to a paying customer, we email the workspace owners before it applies.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms go to hello@tryredock.com. The studio's own address is hello@uxbd.net.
