Policy
14 days. Ask by email.
The whole policy fits on this page. It applies to every paid ReDock Web plan and add-on.
LAST UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026
The rule
If a paid plan does not do what the pricing page says, write to us within 14 days of the payment and you get that payment back in full. You do not need to give a reason, though one helps us fix things. The refund goes to the payment method you paid with.
How to ask
- Email hello@tryredock.com with "Refund" in the subject.
- Include the email address you sign in to ReDock Web with, and the date of the payment.
- We confirm the refund within two working days and tell you when it was sent. Banks and card issuers usually take five to ten working days to show it.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. A renewal you did not mean to keep is refunded when you ask, as long as you ask within 14 days of the renewal payment. To stop future renewals, cancel from the workspace's billing page in ReDock Web or by email; the plan stays on your workspace until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in ReDock Web, where Manage billing opens the payment provider's customer portal. After the refund window the current period is not refunded, and nothing more is charged. A plan cancelled part-way through a period keeps working until that period ends.
What is not covered
- The desktop app and the Free plan cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- A payment made more than 14 days ago, unless it was a renewal charged by mistake and you write within 14 days of it.
- Charges from other companies: your hosting, a domain, an AI provider's usage, Cloudflare. Those are billed by them, on their terms.
If something is broken
You do not have to choose between a refund and a fix. Tell us what did not work; if we can fix it inside the window and you would rather keep the plan, we do that. If not, the refund stands.
