- Support
- Something is not working, or you are not sure how to do a thing. The support page says what to include.
- Buying a plan
- Press Buy on the pricing page; you land on the billing page inside ReDock Web and pay by card. Or write and say which plan, and we point you the right way.
- Refunds and invoices
- Include the email you sign in with and the payment date. The refund policy is one page.
- Security
- Put "Security" in the subject. See the security page for what we ask of a report.
- Press and partnerships
- Write to the same address with the topic in the subject. Third-party logos on this site are compatibility statements, not partnerships; we do not announce partnerships that do not exist.
- The studio
- ReDock is made by UXBD. The studio's own address is hello@uxbd.net, and its site is uxbd.net. Either address reaches the same people.
There is no phone line and no chat widget. Email is read by a person, and the reply comes from one.
