The trail
A person, a job and an AI app read the same way.
A row names the time, the site, what was done, who did it and whether it worked. "Claude" and "a job" and "sam@northwind.studio" sit in the same column, because when a client asks who changed the front page, the honest answer has to be able to be any of the three.

Refusals
The calls that were stopped are worth as much as the ones that ran.
A refused call never reached the site, so it changed nothing. It is still on the page, with its code and how many times it happened, because a token asking for something it does not carry, four times in an afternoon, is the sort of thing you want to see before your client does.
